We know that starting on a vegan diet can seem daunting at first. Don't worry - it's actually less challenging than you'd think! In fact, it has never been easier: there are tons of useful resources on the internet and increasingly a plethora of vegan and plant-based cookbooks. We can particularly recommend BOSH! and The Happy Pear for student-friendly recipes, which are available on their YouTube channels as well as in their cookbooks.
